You are purchasing one USA-made felt oil seal & lock washer kit for Harley-Davidson 45" solo models, including DL, RL, and WL from 1930-1952 and Servicar models from 1932-1940. The felt seal is a retrofit part for models built prior to 1944. This comes with one replacement hub cone lock washer to lock the assembly back down after you have replaced the seal. We also sell a complete 45 front axle and inner hub kit on another listing and will be adding the hub/brake drum kit as well as complete 45 front wheel assemblies soon.
