You are purchasing one USA-Made triple tree or dash or switch box mount support stud kit for all 1929 DL and C models as well as 1930 B models. This is a very nicely machined and parkerized piece and will bolt right on in place of your missing original stud. This has the 5/16" shank on the stud, hex is 9/16". Double check your triple tree to make sure you've got a 5/16" hole, not a 3/8" hole.
