Excellent European reproduction battery box for Harley-Davidson Servicar models from 1940 to 1963.  Finish is black powder coat steel.  According to Bruce Palmer's "How To Restore Your Harley-Davidson" the open side box was correct for 1955-1963.  We do offer the box insert for $42.95 on another listing if you want to make this correct for your 1940-1954 Servi and that's still far less expensive than any other reproduction box I've seen lately.

The black finish is more or less a protective rust inhibitor, there's some fine scratches and bubbles here and there in the finish.  Run it as is or strip it and re-paint it for your perfect restoration.  Note that this has the correct brackets and mount points as original.

You are welcome to specify parkerized, cad plated, or the late cast zinc lid wing nuts, default on the wing nuts is parkerized.

We also sell boxes for 1929-1952 45" solo models even the unique 1929 DL battery box.

We carry a large stock of 45" solo and Servicar parts including complete wiring harnesses, oil and fuel lines (metal and the rubberized WLC type), WR racing parts and frames, sheet metal, windshields, restoration-correct and properly marked hardware, saddles, dash panels, tool boxes, etc.  If you don't see what you need here or cimarroncycleworks, just email and ask.

Located at and ships from Cimarron Cycle Works, LLC in beautiful Cimarron, New Mexico, USA!

Can be used on the following models:
  • 1940 to 1963 G Servicar 45" (open side case is "detail-correct" for 1955-1963)
