You are purchasing one USA-made reproduction 1955-1972 K-Model and Sportster front brake cable adjuster kit Threads are 5/16"-24 and this does come with one tapered 45163-52 adjusting nut and one #7744 5/16"-24 cad plated jam nut.  This has a two flat head for adjustment.  We sell the 1952-1954 six flat style on another listing.  

We also sell front brake cables, front brake cable adjusters, clips, etc.  We have everything you need to get your big twin and Sportster stopped!  We also manufacture the most correct K and Sportster wiring kits for 1952-1969 as well as complete headlamp wiring blocks with all wires for 1952-1958.
