You are purchasing one new USA made reproduction vinyl-covered hand clutch cable or control coil detailed specifically for 1952 to 1967 Panhead foot shift models.  Cloth covering was used to about 1960 then all cables were vinyl covered so technically, this is correct for 1961 to 1967 though it was common for pre-1960 models to have their cables replaced with later vinyl sheethed cable.   These are hand-made in small batches in the USA and include all the correct cable hardware.  Cable overall length is 35.5" from the bottom of the clevis to the tip of the cable end.  Casing length is about 30" and they are manufactured from quality materials.
