You are purchasing one NOS OEM 1976 Liberty Edition fork decal. I believe this decal was used on Sportster and FX models only. It is entirely possible this was used on the FL/FLH but I have not verified this. This decal went on the lower fork triple tree cover on narrow glide forks.
