You are buying a 45" solo twin rear fender mounting kit detail-correct specifically for for 1929 to 1940 models, though I’m aware all of this hardware can be used on later 45" models and some may have been used on single models and VL models. Includes all pieces shown. The reason this is detail correct for 1929 to 1940 is that all hex bolts are plain head and this kit also utilizes the correct flat machined 3743-23 rear clip bolts.
The 061 bolt in this kit is a known NOS OEM bolt cut in H-D's own screw shop. The rest of the hardware is all USA Made using the exact same metallurgy and machining practices H-D used for durability and exact appearance.
