USA made neck cup or fork mounting kit which is a spot on replacement for Harley-Davidson 1930-38 45" models including DL, RL W, WL, WLD solo and G, GD, GDT Servicar & 1930-1934 C singles.  This is an exact reproduction of the original parts and will give you a precision fit.  Includes everything you need to secure the fork including upper and lower neck cups, upper and lower bearing "cones", ball bearings, washer, and upper lock nut.  I believe you may be able to use this set up on a 1939 if you are running an I-Beam fork and earlier steering damper.  All parts are done with real cad plating process, not zinc.

These are for 7/8" fork neck stems, the OD of the "stem" that presses into your frame neck (these are an interference fit, you should heat up the neck and freeze the cups for installation) is right at 1 3/16", if you need a more precision measurement, just ask.

  • 2754-30 Upper head cone, threaded and knurled as original, one (1) each
  • 2756-30 Lower head cone, one (1) each
  • 2757-26 Head cone washer, one (1) each
  • 2759-30 Head cone lock nut, one (1) each
  • 0282 5/16" ball bearings or head cup balls, thirty (30) each
