You are purchasing one complete European reproduction front brake stabilizer kit for all 1930-1952 model Harley-Davidson DL, RL & WL models. I'm not sure what the difference would have been from 1929-1930 on the stabilizer plate nor what it would take to modify it for use on 1929 DL models as all other components were introduced with the 1929 DL. Parts are parkerized and brass as original.
