You are purchasing two USA made reproductions of the 4144-30 brake cable ferrules used from late 1930 through 1948 on big twin, 45 solo and single models. The shape and size are spot on for the originals as well as the parkerized finish. This will push on to the end of your cable's cloth covering to keep it from separating. This is a restoration-quality.
Detail-wise, parkerized would be correct for roughly 1942 to 1948. We do also carry nickel and cad plated ferrules in our eBay store.
