USA-Made fuel or gas tank top mounting hardware kit consisting of Parkerized hex head screws, & spring washers for 1937 to 1973 WL and Servicar models. Bolts and spring washers are parkerized which is detail correct for WW-II era years cadmium before and after that, though parkerized ads a nice touch on a resto-mod.
Spring washers are formed as original and the bolts are 7/32”-32 bolts. Even though the paper washers were not produced until 1934, they are included to help protect the paint on your tanks. We do sell these with a nickel and cad finish as well.
All pieces are USA made using the same process Harley used when they operated their own screw and nut equipment. Screws, nuts, and washers are produced just like the ones H-D did back in the day. I've also got other hardware kits listed in my store under "pre 1980's hardware" for JD, VL, Single, and pre-1937 45 solo and Servicar.
These are the standard thread screws. We do have the oversize 1/4-28 screws available if your fittings have been stripped, we also stock replacement top frame bungs in the original 7/32"-32 thread.
We are WLA owners and have oil lines, fuel lines, shift and clutch linkages, brake linkages, throttle and spark control coils, military parts including saddles, saddlebags, gun and ammo racks, scabbards, luggage racks, black out lighting OD green Cycle Ray headlamps and we have a revolving stock of OEM and NOS military parts.
We also offer many plain head, CP-1035 and CP-1038 bolts and bolt kits for later model restorations. I do have some NOS plain head hardware I’m finally getting around to listing.
