You are purchasing one European-made reproduction of the 1925-1929 primary chain guard cover for Harley-Davidson JD and F models.  This is a very nice reproduction and is coated in a rust preventative primer.  We also stock the rear chain guards and primary covers for 1916-1924 JD.  Cover is made in Europe.  Stamping, spot welding, rivets, and brackets are just as original.  This has a protective coat of primer on it and will need to be prepped for painting.  Some of these do come in with scratches which may require a small amount of spot putty to fill prior to paint.
