You are purchasing one USA-made detail-correct 1939-1941 fuel strainer assembly.  These are the spot-on for the original strainer and are used on high point judged restorations, the cad plating is excellent.  This replaces Harley OEM# 3623-39.  Also includes a gasket to seal the strainer to the carburetor inlet seat.  To be used with stock Linkert carburetors which for 1939-41 Knuckleheads should have been, M-5, M-25, M-35, and M-75.  Sidevalve carbs would have been M-51, M-51L, M-16, M-65, M-88, and probably a few others I've forgotten.

We sell rebuild kits for the fuel strainer and we do sell this as a kit with different UL, WL, and EL fuel lines. You save about $5 by buying this as a kit.

This kit is used on the following:
  • 1939-1941 E, EL, F, FL 61” & 74" OHV Knucklehead models
  • 1939-1941 U, UL, UH, ULH, UA 74" & 80" big twin flat head or side valve models
  • 1939-1941 W, WL, WLD, WLA and possibly WR model 45" solo
