You are purchasing a nice reproduction of the 1965-1973 smooth handlebar grips, these are 1 1/8" inner diameter to fit over grip sleeves for the throttle and spark advance spirals. I generally associate these with 1965-1973 models.  Please check your own reference material to be certain.  I do believe these were used on Sportster, Servicar, and American-made lightweights or Hummer style bikes like the Pacer, Scat, Ranger, & Super-10, I do believe I've seen them on Topper motor scooters as well.

These are a white rubber and come with the chrome end plugs.  Do note that white rubber products may gather some smudges or dirt during or after the manufacturing process anticipate that there might be a small smudge or two on these and they are not the easiest to keep clean, but I did ride a '65 Electra-Glide with the white grips and white footboard mats for quite some time and had no trouble keeping them clean.
