You are purchasing a USA made reproduction front crash bar mounting hardware kit for your 1948 to 1950 Harley-Davidson big twin UL and Panhead models.  This is used to mount the 49037-48 style front crash bar.  Bolts, spacers, washers, and nuts are machine cut identical to how Harley-Davidson cut these in their screw shop back in the day.   All parts are parkerized.  Bolts are 2” plain head bolts. 

Used on the following:
  • 1948 UL, ULH 74” & 80” big twin flathead or side valve
  • 1948-1950 EL & FL 61” & 74” Panhead
Kit includes each of the following:
  • 4051 5/16”-24 x 2” x 1/2" hex bolts, plain head x 2 ea.
  • 7752 5/16”-24 x 17/64” x 1/2” hex nuts x 2 ea.
  • 7040 5/16” split lock washers x 2 ea.
  • 6320 5/16" x 11/16" x 1/16” plain steel washer x  2 ea.
  • 49059-48 5/16” spacers
