You are purchasing one USA made reproduction of the tool box mounting bracket for 1935-1939 45" solo RL and WL model Harley-Davidson motorcycles with mounting hardware.  This is for the left hand tool box used between 1935 and 1939.  We also sell this kit complete with the frame mounting hardware to attach it to your bike.  Parkerizing is nice on the bracket, but is there more as a rust preventative, you will either parkerize it or shoot it with black enamel which I believe was the correct finish.  Mounting hardware is plain head, machine cut just like the originals from the 1930's.

This kit contains 100% USA components.

We also stock the later 1940-1952 bracket as well as mounting kits, boxes, keys, etc. for 1925-1964 Harley-Davidsion big twin, single, and 45" models.  We also carry a ton of restoration-correct hardware from our partners in the US and Europe.
