You are purchasing one USA-made tool for removing rear wheels from the tapered axles on 1937-1950 Servicar models with mechanical brakes.  This will NOT work on 1932-1936 hubs.  This is threaded to screw onto the threaded outer lip on your hub then turn the bolt in to break the wheel loose.  You might need to gently rap the bolt a few times to break the wheel loose once you have good tension on it.
