Springer handlebar pinch bolts and lock washers used from 1936 to 1957 on big twin EL, UL, FL, Sidevalve flathead U, UL, ULH, 45 solo W, WL, WLA, WLC, WR, WLD, WLDR, Servicar, and Panhead.  As the bolts are CP-1035, they would be "correct" from roughly 1943 to 1948 or so, but will certainly work for any '36 to '57 style springer handlebar and may well work with pre-1936 Harleys including singles and VL's.

There seems to be some misinformation on CP bolts and "reproductions".  Chandler Products has always been willing to produce these bolts with large minimum quantity orders. There's either early production or current production. They changed head dies as they wore out and had multiple dies. Washers are produced just like the ones H-D did back in the day.  Parkerizing is same finish as how these came from the factory in the 1940's.  I've also got other hardware kits listed in my store under "pre 1980's hardware" including oil tank and gas tank mounting kits which would go great with this.

Used on the following:

  • 1936 to 1947 Knucklehead E, EL, F, FL, ELA, ELC
  • 1948 Panhead Hydra-Glide EL, FL, FLH & 1949 Panhead with side-car
  • 1937 to 1948 flathead U, UL, UH, ULH, ULA
  • 1942 XA
  • 1937 to 1952 W, WL, WLD, WLDR, WR, WLA, WLC
  • 1937 to 1957 G, GE Servicar
  • Also used on Flander's style fork or handlebar clamps

A note on shipping:

Please understand sellers on eBay do not set the shipping rates.  Please also understand that sellers are charged a final value fee on the amount of shipping you are charged over and above the fees they pay on the sale and the Paypal transaction.  In addition to that, sellers have the expense of labels, shipping materials, padded mailers, etc.  I do charge a handling fee on some items, but I also offer several shipping options whenever possible to give you more affordable shipping choices.  If you ever think the shipping fee charged is too high, please let me know before leaving a low rating on shipping charges.  It’s rare that I receive such feedback, but I work hard to keep my customers happy.  I’d rather know if someone is unhappy before they leave a low rating.  That’s the only way I can solve a problem.  I don’t ever want a customer to go away unhappy!

Know who you are buying from! We are not a drop-ship operation, each and every part we sell is carefully inspected to assure you get the quality part described in the listing.  We have a no-hassle return policy, and we stand behind the parts we sell because we know what we are selling and shipping to our customers.  Before you make a purchasing decision compare our feedback vs. others.
We are aware eBay’s shipping calculator is not working correctly on combining shipping for some of our listings.  If the shipping amount eBay is trying to charge you seems high, please contact us immediately or simply click “request total from seller” and we will promptly manually calculate your shipping.  We always combine shipping on multiple item orders and will find the least expensive method which falls in line with how quickly you need your items.  Thank you!
