Really nice new reproduction rear axle kit for 1930 to 1936 VL model big twin flat head or side valve and includes the long and short spacers. The detail on this is excellent, please see the photos for all the important measurements. The machined end nut, the special split washer, axle sleeve collar, collar nut, and the squared fixed end Are all perfect replicas of the originals. The axle does have the correctly machined grease passage through the middle of the axle. This is as close as you will find to an OEM NOS one. This kit includes all parts shown which are:
- 3952-30 Rear axle
- 3953-30 Long spacer
- 3955-30 Short Spacer
- 3957-30 Rear axle nut & alemite grease fitting
- 3958-32 Axle nut lock washer
- 3961-30 Axle sleeve collar
- 3963-30 Axle sleeve nut
The short spacer is used in lieu of the Corbin rear wheel speedometer drive. If you need an axle kit without the short spacer, email and ask and we will price it out.

We do sell the axle only as well as the other hardware on separate listings. We stock a front axle kit as well as fuel lines, oil lines, motor hardware, as well as frame and body hardware and bolts for VL models.
As of now, the rear axle spacers and axle sleeve are not in production. Once they are, we will be one of the first to carry them.
