You are purchasing a reproduction neck or frame head lock kit for big twin Harley-Davidson from 1930 to 1970 including VL, Panhead, and Shovelhead models. Includes keys, tumbler, plunger, welch plug, roll pins, and spring. Fits as it should also includes instructions. This is the later style with the flapper which covers the key hole but that is a minor detail, it also ensures you don't end up with something in the lock which will jam it up.
Would have been used on:
- 1930-1936 V, VC, VD, VE, VF, VL, VLC, VLD, VLDD, VLE, VFD, VH, VLH 74" & 80" big twin flathead
- 1948-1965 EL, FL, & FLH 61" & 74" OHV twin Panhead Hydra-Glide, Duo-Glide & Electra-Glide
- 1966-1970 FL, FLH 74" OHV twin Shovelhead Electra-Glide
