You are purchasing one USA-made reproduction of the 1930-1933 oiler cable and timer wire clip or clamp for Harley-Davidson VL, DL, RL, & G models.  This is a spot-on reproduction patterned from an NOS one.  This is made with the proper spring steel for a perfect fit and the durability of an original.  These are always missing on these old bikes.  We are working on more clips as well as other hard to find parts for the pre-Knucklehead era, stay tuned.  This is truly amazing reproduction and very difficult to make correctly.

This particular clip attaches to the rear exhaust valve cover on VL and 45" models (credit to Johnny Sells on the placement photos from his restoration guide) to route the oiler cable and timer wire.
