You are purchasing one reproduction of the two hole foot lever clutch cable assembly for 1941-1946 45" Solo WL, WLD, WLA, and Servicar models. The tube is painted black and the caps are cad plated. The kit includes the correctly machined rod end and jam nut. May possibly have been used on some WLC models as well as I'm unsure if the WLC's ever used a foot clutch or they always used a hand clutch.
