You are purchasing one USA made reproduction grounding or bonding strap for radio-suppression-equipped WLA models used during WW-II, it replaces OEM# 1743-42M. This three way strap has one strap which mounts to the left side of the spark or ignition coil, one end which connects under the mount for the oil bath air cleaner and one end which mounts to the top left rear motor case bolt.
